Job Responsibilities

As a Dispatch Rider, your primary responsibility is to ensure timely and secure delivery of packages, documents, and other items to designated locations. Duties include:

• Receiving delivery orders and instructions from the dispatcher.
• Loading and unloading items safely onto the motorcycle.
• Transporting packages securely and efficiently within specified timeframes.
• Complying with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ensuring that delivered packages remain in good condition.
• Obtaining signatures and proof of delivery when required.
• Communicating effectively with dispatchers or clients regarding delivery status.
• Maintaining the motorcycle in proper working condition and reporting maintenance needs.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures for delivery operations.
• Providing professional and courteous service to clients and recipients.

Qualification & Experience

We are looking for a Dispatch Rider with the following qualifications:

• A valid motorcycle license is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a Dispatch Rider or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Ability to use GPS navigation or read maps.
• Physically fit and able to endure long rides.
