We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will play a vital role in generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. Key duties include:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify potential prospects, schedule meetings, conduct sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to secure new business.
- Product Knowledge & Sales Presentation: Possess deep product knowledge and effectively present solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, proposals, and booking packages for executive-level presentations.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and uphold company standards.
- Networking & Market Research: Represent the company’s services using consumer insights and market data.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism to close sales effectively.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and generating business growth.
