Are you an experienced Blending Operating Technician with a strong background in food processing or bottling? We are looking for a skilled professional to operate and maintain INDAG Systems efficiently, ensuring optimal production quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and planned maintenance on INDAG Systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify emerging technical issues on the INDAG Systems.
• Document all maintenance activities accurately.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and seek approval for blending commencement.
• Oversee the operation of the In-Line Mixer (ILM).
• Monitor the sugar and acid syrup preparation & pasteurization process.
• Maintain calibration of all blending equipment.
• Ensure recommended Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) steps are performed correctly.
• Verify the Batch Dosing Module (BDM) volumes for different recipes.
• Analyze blends and syrups to confirm quality standards before QA checks.
• Supervise Blending Assistants and ensure process efficiency.
• Monitor FA Tanks for product backup and record meter readings.
• Provide technical assistance to production lines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

• HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a food processing or bottling company.
• Strong background in instrumentation & controls.
• Experience troubleshooting Siemens PLCs.
• Good understanding of SCADA systems.

Skills & Attributes:

• Effective communication & report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of MS Office & Excel.
• Willingness to work extra hours if required.
• Understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
