Inspiration Holdings Ghana, a dynamic organization, is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Administrative Officer.

 

Job Description

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling various office tasks, such as filing, report and presentation generation, meeting setup, and supply management.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by managing appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Efficiently screening phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Utilizing computers for report generation, meeting minute transcription, presentation creation, and research.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining polite and effective communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Anticipating the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

 

Qualifications and Experience Required

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior Administrative Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles is essential.
  • Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, especially in typing, are required for efficient task execution.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proactive Nature: Ability to proactively create a positive experience for others.
  • Educational Background: HND or degree qualification.

 

Location

The position is based in Accra.
