Location: Accra, Ghana

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reports, budgets, and audits.
• Oversee donor-funded projects and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain internal financial controls and uphold transparency.
• Support financial planning and assist in grant management.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting records and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of donor funding regulations and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
