Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reports, budgets, and audits.
- Oversee donor-funded projects and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain internal financial controls and uphold transparency.
- Support financial planning and assist in grant management.
- Ensure accuracy in accounting records and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of donor funding regulations and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
