Position 1: Drill Mechanics
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum qualification: MVT/MET Part 1.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience working with earth-moving heavy equipment or drill rigs.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical literature.
- Familiarity with CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) tools.
- Experience in Caterpillar field service is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
- A valid Ghanaian driver’s license BE.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and in challenging environments.
- Ability to work independently with excellent reading and writing skills.
Position 2: Drill Electricians
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum qualification: Electrical Engineering Technician Part 1.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment and drill rigs.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical literature.
- Knowledge of power generation systems and their operation.
- Familiarity with CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
Additional Requirements
- A valid Ghanaian driver’s license BE.
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and in noisy or dirty environments.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent communication skills.
