Position 1: Drill Mechanics

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum qualification: MVT/MET Part 1.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience working with earth-moving heavy equipment or drill rigs.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical literature.
• Familiarity with CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) tools.
• Experience in Caterpillar field service is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• A valid Ghanaian driver’s license BE.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and in challenging environments.
• Ability to work independently with excellent reading and writing skills.

Position 2: Drill Electricians

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum qualification: Electrical Engineering Technician Part 1.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment and drill rigs.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical literature.
• Knowledge of power generation systems and their operation.
• Familiarity with CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Additional Requirements

• A valid Ghanaian driver’s license BE.
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and in noisy or dirty environments.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent communication skills.
