1. Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Accra
Job Summary
The Business Intelligence Analyst will join the Marketing Department, working closely with the Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics to transform data into valuable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with BI analysts, managers, and business teams to develop analytical solutions.
Run data quality checks and validate reports.
Report and follow up on data issues with IT (MIS).
Assist in implementing new BI software tools and systems.
Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights.
Monitor BI tools for effectiveness and accuracy.
Present reports and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Telecom, FMCG, or MIS.
Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing metrics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, and data mining tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

2. Indirect Sales Supervisor
Location: Volta Region
Job Summary
The Indirect Sales Supervisor will manage retail acquisition channels and ensure the achievement of sales and distribution targets. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is crucial in driving market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage sales strategies in the assigned area.
Achieve distribution and acquisition targets.
Supervise and train Points of Acquisition (POAs).
Maintain an active and productive POA base.
Ensure adequate stock of SIM cards and scratch cards at POAs.
Monitor market trends and gather intelligence.
Execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities.
Ensure product visibility and correct display in all outlets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of sales volume and value targets.
Strong product distribution across supervised outlets.
Successful execution of market strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
University degree or HND in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, preferably in FMCG.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Distribution Management Systems.
Strong execution, reporting, and time management skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
