1. Market Development Manager

Job Summary:

• Assist senior leaders in market development within the West African region.
• Participate in formulating market development strategies and plans.
• Explore new markets and gather potential project information.
• Conduct business communication and negotiations with owners, governments, and partners to promote project implementation.
• Carry out corporate branding to establish a positive corporate image.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in market development and strategy execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze and screen market information effectively.

2. Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

• Assist senior leaders in handling legal affairs for country-specific operations.
• Help establish regulations and policies for country-specific companies.
• Identify legal risks in company operations and provide rectification suggestions.
• Draft and review various contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance.
• Address legal issues related to intellectual property, labor disputes, unions, and other administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of legal frameworks and compliance standards.

3. Deputy Technical Director

Job Summary:

• Assist senior leaders in technical management tasks.

• Track advanced technical training to improve team expertise.
