Job Responsibilities
✔️ Manage financial records including payables, receivables, and general ledger
✔️ Prepare budgets & financial forecasts
✔️ Process invoices, bills, and payments
✔️ Review client accounts for discrepancies
✔️ Assess loan and credit applications
✔️ Reconcile bank and credit statements
✔️ Ensure compliance with financial regulations
✔️ Support audits and tax preparation
Skills & Qualifications
🎓 HND or Degree in Accounting
📊 Prior experience as an Accounts Officer or in a similar role
🗂 Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
🕒 Excellent time management & organizational skills
2. Administrative Assistant
📍 Location: Tema
📅 Closing Date: 28 February 2025
Job Responsibilities
✔️ Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel
✔️ Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications
✔️ Handle emails, faxes, and correspondence
✔️ Organize meetings, conferences, and events
✔️ Maintain office files, records, and databases
✔️ Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
✔️ Provide administrative and clerical support
Skills & Qualifications
🎓 HND or Degree in Business Administration or related field
💼 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
📑 Experience in administrative roles
✍️ Strong communication & multitasking abilities
