Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care and make appropriate referrals.
• Deliver emergency medical care and initiate timely referrals.
• Assess patient conditions and implement effective management plans.
• Perform surgical operations and clinical procedures with competency.
• Offer support and guidance to patients and their families as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree: MB. ChB, MBBS, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Certification: Permanent Certification of Registration with the Medical and Dental Council.
• Professional Development: Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the medical field.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Familiarity with the Patients’ Charter and health and safety regulations.
• Understanding of clinical protocols and quality assurance measures.
• Surgical and life support skills, including resuscitation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to healthcare management.

Salary and Location:

• Net Salary: GHC 20,000.00 per month
• Work Location: Accra, Ghana
