A SENIOR LAW LECTURER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF GHANA ALLEGEDLY MURDERED IN HIS HOME.
A senior law lecturer at the university of Ghana allegedly murdered in his home.
Prof Emmanuel Yaw Benneh a senior lecturer with the Faculty of Law at the University of Ghana has been found dead in his home.
The police took his body from his house on Saturday morning 12th September. His sudden death is believe to have a case of murder according to his colleague Poku Adusei.
The unfortunate incident took place in the late Prof Benneh’s mansions in the
Isaac Botchway, who claims to be Prof Benneh’s houseboy reports to journalists that he last set an eye on his employer at about 8 pm on Thursday.
He said the deceased usually call him whenever he needed him to do something on his behalf.
“I called him the next day [Friday], but he did not respond. The gardener came to work this morning [Saturday] and when he did not find any sign of him, he knocked at his door but there was no response,” the houseboy said.
He said the gardener then went to inform the academic’s sister who lives a stone throw from the Adjirgano mansion.
Together with her, they got a carpenter to force the door open and found Prof Benneh dead.

According to his colleague. It appears the late professor lost his life on Thursday, 10th September only to discover on Saturday which is three days later.
He says the act perpetration in the same way as the murder of JB Danquah who also murdered at his home.
However, according to sources there were no signs of forced break-in entry into the mansion. The police are investigating into the case to uncover the mystery behind the death of the Professor.
