Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing plans development aligning with regional guidelines and brand strategies
- Managing new product launch and renovation based on market trend and consumer insights
- Create an engaging brand experience through relevant consumer touchpoints
- Monitor & analyse category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking
- Effective planning and control of promotional budget with evaluation
- Responsible for brand P&L management

Requirements
1. Degree holder in Marketing or business-related disciplines
2. 5 years or above working experience in brand marketing, trade marketing, preferably in FMCG industry
3. Track record of success in brand building
4. Proactive, self-motivated, strong team player with can-do attitude
5. Data sensitive with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
