1. Marketing and Communication Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the organization’s mission and programs.
- Build and maintain networks with diverse stakeholders.
- Analyze marketing performance and solve related challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
- Master’s Degree or postgraduate diploma (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Administration.
2. Programmes Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute programs to protect and develop natural, cultural, and historic resources.
- Engage in fundraising and grant proposal writing.
- Strengthen community development through training and stakeholder collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resource Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Communication Studies, Social Science, or Law.
- Master’s Degree (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in Conservation, Project Management, Communication, or Administration.
3. Executive Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of GHCT’s strategic plan, policies, and procedures.
- Provide leadership to all departments for achieving organizational goals.
- Lead fundraising strategies and report to the Board of Trustees.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Conservation and Development, Business Administration, Natural Resources, Project Management, or Environmental Sciences.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role.
