Position Details
1. Manager, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.
- Analyze business performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate new business initiatives and assess product profitability.
- Drive improvements in forecasting and budgeting models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA/ACCA preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in FP&A.
- Advanced Excel and analytical tool proficiency.
2. Senior Reporting Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements in line with statutory and group requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and manage IFRS compliance.
- Reconcile financial records with operational platforms (e.g., mobile money).
- Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business.
- ACCA, CIMA, or ICAG (Final Level).
- Expertise in Hyperion and advanced Excel.
3. Direct Sales Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage Points of Activation (POAs).
- Plan and execute monthly activation schedules.
- Monitor branding and provide feedback on market opportunities.
- Lead daily team meetings and ensure alignment on goals.
Qualifications:
- University degree or HND in Marketing or related fields.
- 2+ years in Sales and Distribution (FMCG preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Indirect Sales Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage retail acquisition channels and subscriber targets.
- Train and monitor POAs for optimal performance.
- Conduct market intelligence and execute trade reviews.
- Plan and organize Agent fora to ensure product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- University degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 2+ years in Sales and Distribution (FMCG preferred).
- Proficiency in IT and reporting tools.
