GES Yet to Release 2024-2025 Academic Calendar

Public schools in Ghana are currently on vacation, with the 2023/2024 academic year ending on July 25, 2024. The Ghana Education Service (GES) has not yet released the official academic calendar for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.

While the GES typically releases the calendar before the end of the previous academic year, it’s advisable to wait for the official announcement. However, based on previous years, a projected calendar has been circulated.

Projected Academic Calendar (Unofficial)

• Term 1: September 10, 2024 – December 20, 2024
• Term 2: January 8, 2025 – April 17, 2025
• Term 3: May 6, 2025 – July 24, 2025

Please note that this is a projected calendar, and the official dates will be announced by the GES.
