It can be very frustrating for students to be facing problems with admissions and online registration.
In light of this, UBIDS has established a centralized complaint management system online to deal with and provide solutions to students complaints.
WHAT TYPE OF COMPLAINTS CAN STUDENTS LODGE?
Students are allowed to lodge any complaints on matters of concern to be rectified.
However, some categories that can be found in the system are as follows:
• Admissions – not received letter
• Admissions – can’t download letter
• Registration – can’t register
• Course or program issues
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I LODGE A COMPLAINT?
A student will have to wait 72 hours for his/her problem to resolved before lodging another complaint.
It is also advised that students submit all complaints together if they are multiple complaints.
