Ernest Chemists Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resource Business Partner to oversee daily HR operations in its Accra offices. This hands-on role is pivotal in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment and resourcing activities.
- Employee Development: Implement learning and development strategies and coordinate training delivery.
- HR Support: Provide daily HR guidance and consult with line managers.
- Analytics & Strategy: Analyze trends and metrics to support the HR leadership team.
- Employee Relations: Resolve complex issues, address grievances, and improve work relationships.
- Policy Guidance: Offer proactive advice and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Workforce Planning: Monitor workforce and succession planning, identifying training needs.
- Retention & Productivity: Build morale, enhance productivity, and drive retention efforts.
- Life Cycle Activities: Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar HR role is essential.
