1. Chinese Experienced Chefs

Job Summary:

• Prepare Chinese fast food according to company recipes.
• Assist in basic kitchen tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• SHS Certificate or Certificate in Catering.

2. Commercial Catering Manager

Job Summary:

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including stock preparation and timely delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in managing large-scale food production.
• Knowledge of HACCP and strong leadership skills.
• At least a degree in Hospitality Management.

3. Kitchen Manager

Job Summary:

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure food safety standards.
• Manage stock and oversee meal preparation and dispatch.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Knowledge of HACCP.
• HND in Hospitality Management.
• Strong leadership skills.

4. Stock Manager

Job Summary:

• Oversee inventory control and stock movement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in inventory management.
• Degree in Purchasing and Supply.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

5. Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

• Supervise Front of House (FOH) operations during shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service, team supervision, and cash handling.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• HND in Hospitality or Management.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

6. Company Driver

Job Summary:

• Manage company transport operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Driver’s License C or D with a clean record.
• 5+ years of driving experience.
• SHS Certificate and knowledge of local routes.
• Age: 30 – 45 years.
