Job Vacancy: Assistant Credit Controller

Primary Role

The Assistant Credit Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, reconciling invoices, and managing debt recovery. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team and other departments to achieve corporate financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review monthly debtors Aging Analysis and investigate anomalies.
• Allocate and match payments on both cash and credit customer accounts before month-end.
• Reconcile customer account statements weekly and coordinate with salespersons on payment details.
• Ensure credit customer statements are reconciled and sent regularly.
• Review and process credit sales agreements.
• Perform other duties as required by the Credit Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc/HND in Accounting from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Advanced ICA, CAG, or ACCA qualifications are an added advantage.
• Experience in the heavy equipment industry is preferred.

Job Vacancy: Mining Technology Enabled Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain technical knowledge of Mining Technology Enabled Solution (MTES) hardware and software.
• Deliver exceptional service experience through connected asset support.
• Provide onsite and remote support for MTES solutions.
• Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade mining technology solutions.
• Engage with Caterpillar support teams for maintenance of deployed MTES solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc/HND/BTech in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Certification in computer software, hardware, and networking (Microsoft Certified preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar field.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong IT skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Valid driving license (B or higher).
• Proficiency in Service Information Systems (SIS), Electronic Technician (ET), Vision Link, and CAT Inspect.
