Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Generalist) to lead a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, performance management, and workforce planning. This role is ideal for a strategic professional who can align HR initiatives with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership and skills training.
- Manage the employee lifecycle from hiring to offboarding, ensuring a positive workplace experience.
- Provide HR policy guidance and support to management and employees.
- Drive employee engagement and improve communication between staff and leadership.

Job Summary
Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is looking for a highly skilled Safety Manager to lead workplace health and safety operations within our manufacturing facility. This role involves developing and enforcing safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a safety-first culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve safety management systems in compliance with national and international regulations.
- Lead safety training programs to enhance awareness and emergency preparedness.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections.
- Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with Ghanaian occupational health and safety laws.
- Manage procurement, inspection, and maintenance of safety equipment.
- Provide regular safety reports to senior management and recommend improvements.
- Work with department heads to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with safety documentation and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
