Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Job Summary

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is looking for a highly skilled Safety Manager to lead workplace health and safety operations within our manufacturing facility. This role involves developing and enforcing safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a safety-first culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve safety management systems in compliance with national and international regulations.
• Lead safety training programs to enhance awareness and emergency preparedness.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections.
• Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with Ghanaian occupational health and safety laws.
