DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to create a platform to build on the customer base of the company
- Liaison with the team leader to check manage activities
- Supervise the activities of other team members
- Candidates should be able to take accurate measurements, report clearly on-site conditions, have good attention to detail, and be willing to learn quickly on specialized products.
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- HND in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering or any construction related programs
- 2 years experience in a construction related & sales field is critical
- Excellent Customer service, Good prospecting skills, Negotiation & Consultative Skills, Product knowledge, Communication & Presentation skills, Client Relationships Management
