Hours: 39 hours per week (overtime available)
Salary: £20 500 – £22000 Annual

Aviana Health Care is a family oriented and fair organisation which provides a range of high-quality home care services including supported living, visiting care, live-in care, day sits and overnight care, respite and palliative care. Support and care we provide is delivered to individuals in their own home in a manner the service user finds most agreeable.
Our aim is to promote independence and autonomy to enable service users to remain in their own homes as much as possible, through high-quality person-centred visiting care services. We work to ensure that those we support are comfortable in their homes whilst receiving the care they need. Our visiting care services are flexible and provide service users with the freedom and rights to make their own choices.
Our organisation has some great opportunities for full-time and part-time care and support workers. Your role will be to support individual service users in meeting their needs, taking a person-centred approach to their care and support. Requirements:
-Valid DBS- Ideal
– Drivers with Full UK Licence and access to a car- essential
