Job Description for the position of Customer Value Specialist
About The Role

Based in our busy Chadstone store and working towards customer growth activities you will provide individual needs analysis for customers in branch, recommending the most suitable products and explaining the value and benefits of these products. You will thrive in a fast pace environment that requires you to manage multiple priorities whilst delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
You will also work within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members.
You will also drive external sales activity and manage relationships with Corporate Customers both existing and new.
Taking a customer needs-based approach, you will assist our existing Bupa members ensuring that they understand the full value of their health insurance product, provide solutions to any identified concerns or unmet needs and educate members on all the benefits they can access.
This is a permanent, full time position working 38 hours per week
working shifts on Monday to Friday on a rotating roster and availability to work on Saturdays
Mandarin/Cantonese speaking applicants are encouraged to apply as we have a large Mandarin speaking demographic customer base and these language skills will assist us operationally to deliver an outstanding customer experience to these customers.
