Release of Postings for GES Staff Returning from Study Leave with Pay – 2024

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the release of postings for staff who are returning from study leave with pay. This new update takes effect on Wednesday, November 7, 2024. The management is committed to ensuring a smooth reintegration process for all returning staff members.

Accessing Your Postings

For staff members coming back from study leave, GES has provided two convenient methods to access their postings:

  1. Online: Visit the official GES Management Information System website at https://gesmis.org.
  2. In-person: Visit any of the 16 Regional Education Directorates across Ghana to access your posting information directly.

These options make it easier for staff to quickly find their new placements and prepare for their return to the workforce.

Reporting Instructions

After accessing your posting, please ensure you complete the following steps:

  1. Report to Your Assigned Regional Education Director: Make sure to connect with the Regional Education Director in your posted area to finalize your placement details.
  2. Receive Further Posting Instructions: The Regional Education Director will provide additional guidance on your new role and responsibilities.

This approach aims to assist all returning staff in smoothly transitioning back into their positions.
