Ghana Civil Service Recruitment Exams Pass Mark Announced
The Ghana Civil Service has announced the pass mark for the 2024 online recruitment exams, which took place on Friday, August 2, 2024. The exams were conducted in three batches, with each candidate receiving a unique set of questions. Candidates had 40 minutes to answer 30 multiple-choice questions. Results were immediately available on the online portal upon completion.
Pass Mark and Results
The pass mark for the 2024 Ghana Civil Service Online Entrance Exams is 80%. Candidates who achieve this score will see “Pass” indicated on their portal. Those who pass may proceed directly to the interview stage. Additionally, candidates who score below 80% might be considered for a second examination, likely a theory test. Successful candidates from the second test will also advance to the interview stage.
Interview Details
Candidates who scored 80% or higher will likely be scheduled for an interview. They are required to bring the original versions of the following documents:

Requirements for the Second Exam
For the second examination, candidates will need:
- A desktop or laptop computer with an internet browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari)
- Stable internet access (if using a phone as a hotspot, turn off all incoming calls)
Candidates will receive an Index Number and Password, which they must use to access the examination portal. The steps are as follows:
- Click “SIGN IN“
- Enter the Index Number and Password received from OHCS
- Verify the account name
