Successors World Limited, a leading International Real Estate Firm specializing in luxury homes and contemporary offices, is seeking a Sales Executive for their Ghana Office.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, your duties will include:
- Developing new business relationships and identifying prospects
- Coordinating customer service requirements effectively
- Preparing comprehensive marketing reports for superiors
- Drafting compelling proposals and designing impactful advertising campaigns
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention
- Presenting the Group to potential clients through various channels
- Conducting site visits and following up with clients till closure
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A degree or diploma in Business or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate/construction and insurance sales & marketing
- Applicants must be below 30 years old
